Balule Nature Reserve

Client: Balule Nature Reserve Association | Role: Marketing Strategist, Content Manager & Designer | Duration: April – August 2025 (contract)

I was brought in to strengthen Balule’s digital presence with a complete website redesign, refreshed content, and targeted social media management. My role combined project management, creative copywriting, and hands-on design to ensure the Reserve’s conservation ethos came through clearly.

I led the end-to-end redesign of Balule Nature Reserve’s website, writing original copy, supporting the development team, contributing to development tasks, and facilitating a successful launch. I also created a professional stakeholder brochure to support conservation fundraising and captured much of the original content, including photography and video.

On the social media front, I developed and executed a full digital marketing strategy, including content planning, copywriting, and asset creation. This resulted in a growth in engagement from 5% → 20% within three months, strengthened community interaction, and expanded the follower base.
