I joined Wait A Little to support both guest operations and the camp’s online presence. My role was two fold: ensuring a seamless luxury safari experience on-site, and managing the camp’s social media to reflect its unique positioning as a Big 5 horse safari.

On the operations side, I managed daily guest logistics, from transfers and room checks to coordinating schedules and stepping in for management when required. In parallel, I ran the camp’s social media accounts, creating engaging content that strengthened brand identity and contributed to steady growth in both engagement and followers.
